Modeling overview
Summary
The China cost-effectiveness analysis used a 10-year Markov model and estimated that ivonescimab plus chemotherapy produced an additional 0.13 QALY and 0.17 life-years at an incremental cost of $35,166, yielding an ICER of $277,594 per additional QALY compared with chemotherapy alone. The analysis included direct medical costs. Its survival extrapolation used HARMONi-A evidence for which median OS was not yet mature at the time of modeling. These results are historical model estimates, not current U.S. acquisition prices or a U.S. budget-impact estimate.
The savolitinib-osimertinib economic analysis used ivonescimab plus chemotherapy as a comparator in the narrower population with MET amplification after EGFR-TKI resistance. It used a 3-year partitioned survival model and an adjusted indirect comparison. Neither analysis provides an ivonescimab budget-impact model.
