Summary
The imsidolimab phase 3 program evaluated IV treatment of GPP flares and subcutaneous maintenance among initial responders. These studies used placebo comparisons rather than an active comparison with spesolimab. The Asia-Pacific consensus included in this report identifies spesolimab as the preferred biologic for acute flares. An imsidolimab treatment position therefore remains investigational while the BLA is under review. The GALLOP protocol specifies physician supervision and availability of full resuscitation facilities for administration.
